25 Aug 2025 Women’s Leadership Network hosts 3rd annual Gold Rush Gala
The Women’s Leadership Network (WLN) will host its third annual Gold Rush Gala on Thursday, Oct. 2, at Legacy Acres in Conway. This signature event celebrates the strength, leadership and impact of women across Central Arkansas while raising vital funds to expand WLN’s powerful leadership initiatives.

This year’s presenting sponsor is Turbare Manufacturing, a women-owned pharmaceutical company based in Conway. Guests will enjoy an evening of celebration, including a gourmet dinner, live entertainment and live auction, line dancing, and a curated whiskey tasting by Delta Dirt Distillery, a Black-owned, family-run distillery from Helena (Phillips County). Attendees are encouraged to embrace the theme with Western glam attire — boots, bold accessories and plenty of sparkle.
Since its founding, WLN has created spaces for women to connect, grow and boldly lead. Proceeds from the Gold Rush Gala will directly support WLN’s year-round programming, including:

- The Women’s Leadership Academy, a transformative program designed to help women hone their leadership skills and amplify their voices.
- The Women’s Business Showcase, which provides women entrepreneurs with a platform to highlight and sell their products and services.
- The WLN Level Up Conference, a dynamic experience that delivers education, mentorship and resources for women in business and leadership.
“This event is more than a gala — it’s a movement,” said Dr. Shaneil Ealy, executive director of WLN. “When you support the Gold Rush Gala, you are directly investing in women who are shaping our communities, growing our economy and changing the game for the next generation.”
