07 Jul 2014 Watercolor classes scheduled at Art on the Green

Art On The Green has scheduled watercolor classes with artist Jacquelyn Kaucher.

"Art On The Green is thrilled to once again offer watercolor classes with Jacquelyn to our community," said Brenda McClain, gallery director.

Jacquelyn Kaucher is an artist with a love for color. Her paintings vibrate with color and dancing lights. She brings the excitement of experimentation to her landscapes, floral and figurative work using acrylics and watercolors. A Signature member of Mid Southern Watercolorist (MSW) and past president, her works are included in many corporate and private collections throughout the United States.

"Jacquelyn also teaches at the Arkansas Arts Center Museum School, where for years she has had the opportunity to share her painting experience with students in both basic watercolor and experimental water media. She also gives workshops throughout the United States.

"It’s important to us that students actually learn from our classes. We want each person to leave us as better artists than when they entered the Gallery doors. Our teachers are really spectacular artists in their own right. We are privileged they are willing to share their knowledge with us."

Jacquelyn’s classes are scheduled for 9 a.m. to noon on Mondays beginning July 7 through Aug. 4. Space is limited.   

The list of supplies can be obtained upon registration. Cost is $145 for all five sessions.

Art On The Green is an artistic vortex drawing skilled artists and art lovers alike.
