Bill Valentine, retired executive vice president of the Arkansas Travelers, will be the featured speaker. He has promised to entertain and enlighten with stories from his almost 60 years of baseball.

The banquet will also include a catered buffet, presentation of awards, installation of Chamber officers and board members, and a year-end Chamber report.
