Nurses and nursing students are invited to attend a nursing open house at Unity Health – White County Medical Center at 3214 E. Race Ave. in Searcy from 3 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, April 3.

Registration will take place in the main entrance and associates will give tours throughout the facility. Department managers will be on each unit to welcome visitors and answer any questions about the nature of the unit or areas of the hospital. Nurse educators will also be present to provide information on the Unity Health Nurse Residency Program that is offered on site. Visitors will be eligible to win a $500 Visa gift card for their attendance and participation. 

“It is our goal to help everyone feel welcomed and part of our Unity Health family,” said Unity Health Recruiting Specialist Emily Brenneman. “We want people to come in and get a feel for the units so they will see the atmosphere at our hospital. This will ideally help these nurses and nursing students feel more comfortable with our hospital and staff. We hope they can see themselves feeling at home here and being a part of our team.”
