01 Jul 2016 Unity Health receives grant for A Day of Caring July 30

The White County Community Foundation recently awarded Unity Health with a $1,500 grant to go toward providing food and personal care items for the hospital’s annual medical mission, A Day of Caring.

The 20th Annual A Day of Caring will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, July 30, in a new location at the Harding Academy High School.

A Day of Caring is a community-wide outreach program that offers medical assistance to the underinsured and uninsured residents of White County. Additional services and assistance are provided.
