The UW Mini Grants will give the flexibility to meet community needs that may arise between the annual allocation cycle, according to their website. The intent of these monies is to fund programs that seek to meet high-priority community needs. Funds may be designated for: 1) Community needs or innovative programs; 2) New approaches to previously identified needs; and/or 3) An agency or community emergency. The level of funding available from the United Way Mini Grant shall be determined by the Board of Directors of the UW of Central Arkansas.
Fall Mini Grants for the 2025-2026 fiscal year will be awarded in January 2026. “If you know of an organization in need, send them to apply for our mini grant,” said Executive Director Jessica Clawson.
