24 Apr 2023 Toad Suck Daze Run and Tour de Toad bike race coming May 6
The 41st Annual Toad Suck Daze Run presented by Conway Regional Health System and Conway Kiwanis is planned for May 6. Shirts and medals will be available to the first 1000 participants.
The navy blue Tek T-shirt and medal will feature the 2023 TSD Run logo. To register visit toadsuckrun.com. Online Registration is available until Thursday, May 4, at 11:59 p.m.
After that time, runners can register in person at Packet Pickup from 12 to 6 p.m. on Friday, May 5, at Conway Regional Health and Fitness Center, 700 Salem Rd., Conway, and again on the race morning from 6:45 to 7:30 a.m. at John McConnell Stadium Fieldhouse, Conway High School West Campus, 2300 Prince St., Conway.
Check out the partner event, the Tour de Toad bike race which benefits literacy efforts in Central Arkansas. Tour de Toad Bike Ride | Literacy Action of Central Arkansas (literacyactionar.org). Entrants that complete both the Toad Suck Daze 10K or 5K Run, along with the Tour de Toad, qualify for a special Iron Toad medal. To qualify, send an email with your Toad Suck Daze 10k/5k registration confirmation number to: [email protected], and write “Irontoad” in the subject line.
