09 Mar 2026 Stoby’s pancake fundraiser to honor the life of Brandy Strain Dayer

CONWAY — A pancake fundraiser will be held at Stoby’s restaurant on Sunday, March 29, and all proceeds will be used towards naming a room at the Faulkner County Animal Shelter in memory of well-known photographer Brandy Strain Dayer.

“This is a tribute that reflects her deep love for animals and our community,” said Patti Stobaugh.

Tickets are $10 each for all-you-can-eat pancakes and sausage, and plates are available for dine-in or to-go.

“We invite you to bring the whole family and join us for breakfast!” Stobaugh said. 

You can also make an additional donation to support the shelter in honor of Brandy’s memory. Any donation of $100 or more will have the name placed on the plaque in Brandy’s room at the shelter.
