06 Sep 2011 St. Vincent Morrilton plans ‘Body Mind and Soul’ Event
Put on your most comfortable shoes and clothes for the fourth annual Body, Mind & Soul event sponsored by St. Vincent Morrilton.
The event is scheduled Thursday, Sept. 22 at the Learning Development Institute (LDI) at 115 East Broadway in Morrilton. This is a FREE, women’s only event, and it is open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
Fina Bartlett, certified aerobics instructor, will get bodies moving with a spirited ZUMBA exercise routine. Dr. Georges Nawar, general surgeon at St. Vincent Morrilton, will put your mind at ease about treatments like skin rejuvenation, hair removal, laser peels and spider veins. Sister Ginger de Gravelle, of St. Scholastica Monastery in Fort Smith and board member of St. Vincent Morrilton, will address the soul portion of the program. She will speak on the health of the soul.
