St. Joseph School senior Megan Garrett presents a $500 check to Haven Development Manager Emma Freeman. Garrett chairs the Board of the School’s Interact Club, which is affiliated with the Conway Rotary Club. .

The money was collected from elementary, middle, and high school students on St. Patrick’s Day with Haven in mind. Everyone paid for the privilege of wearing green instead of their full uniforms. 

Haven is a group foster home for teenage girls 12-18 who have experienced severe trauma. The shelter began in 1986 and serves up to 60 children each year.
