Special appreciation weekend

Superior Automotive Group recently hosted “Military and Civil Servants Appreciation Weekend.”

The event – held at Superior Chevrolet at 915 Oak St. in Conway – included a free catfish lunch for military and civil servants. For every public servant who attended, Superior donated $5 to Bethlehem House in support of the agency’s work with the homeless. For any public servant who purchased a vehicle during the weekend celebration, their sales tax was paid for them.

According to general manager Mike Lemons, the event was held to honor military and civil servants because they work hard, put themselves at risk, educate youth and protect their community. He said Superior was proud to honor them with the special event.
