25 May 2011 Second Baptist hosts ‘The Drop’

Children in the 501 recently participated in “The Drop,” an Easter event sponsored by Second Baptist Church in Conway.

The event was held at the church’s student center, on the west campus located on Farris Road.

Activities included storytelling, bouncy houses and face-painting before 2,000 candy-filled Easter eggs were dropped by Pastor Mark Dance from the helicopter operated by the Faulkner County Emergency Squad/Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office. The event included a total of 10,000 Easter eggs for children to hunt.
