The Searcy High School Swim Team recorded an impressive performance at the recent 7A/6A Arkansas High School State Swim and Dive meet in Bentonville.

It was a particularly noteworthy meet for SHS junior Erin McGuirt. She was a member of the team that won the state title in the event’s 200 IM for a second year and received second place in the 100 fly.

Her recorded time in the 100 fly qualified her as a USA National Champion.
