06 Jul 2017 Searcy chamber to host annual business expo

The Searcy Regional Chamber of Commerce will host the 2017 Business EXPO on Tuesday, July 25, at Harding University’s Ganus Activities Complex.

The event is a means for the chamber to showcase what Searcy and White County businesses offer. Tara Cathey, Searcy Regional Chamber of Commerce vice president, said it is an opportunity for businesses to advertise services and products, building relationships between the businesses and members of the community.

“Every contact a business makes, is a potential business lead,” Cathey said. “They may not need or use your services, but when a business associate, friend or family member is looking for that product or services, they pass along your information. It’s a huge advantage, because most consumers want to learn about businesses or services from trustworthy friends and acquaintances.”

A “By Invitation Only” Business Networking Event will be held from 11 a.m. until noon and will feature an Economic Update for the Area. The EXPO will then open to the general public at noon and will remain open until 4 p.m.

Exhibitor Space Reservation Forms are available on the Searcy Regional Chamber of Commerce’s website. EARLY BIRD booth pricing is available until July 12.
