Saturday morning sports clinic open

Conway Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Clinic (COSMC) has now opened a limited clinic for sports injuries 8 to 10 a.m. every Saturday morning at its facility on Club Lane.

“We want to make ourselves available to the athlete, whether it’s a Friday night football or cheer injury, or volleyball, soccer, biking, etc. We want to be there for the athlete and their families to provide the care instead of them having to either wait until Monday or have to go to the emergency room,” said administrator Todd Greer.

COSMC will provide a physician and staff at the clinic. “Time and convenience are important to the care we provide to our patients. This is one more area we can better serve our community and athletes,” Greer said.

COSMC orthopaedic surgeon Dr. Grant Bennett.

“We look forward to serving the needs of the high school athlete, and athletes at all levels, whether young or older. We want to provide the athlete with the best treatment and care in order to get them back in the game in the shortest, safest amount of time,” said COSMC orthopaedic surgeon Dr. Grant Bennett.
