Sacred Heart makes Oktoberfest plans

Sacred Heart School is pleased to announce plans for this year’s Oktoberfest event.

Scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 6, and boasting several fun additions, the event is under new leadership with co-chairs John and Amie Widner, co-chairs Chris and Mary Magie, Annise Ryan, Katie Hartman, Angie Hartman and Fr. Jack Harris.

The Octoberfest event officially opens at 5 p.m. with an all-you-can-eat turkey and dressing dinner with all the trimmings until 8 p.m. Dinner prices are $13 for adults, $6 for children ages 4-12, and kids 3 and under eat free.

Carryout meals will be available from 4 to 5:30 p.m. and may be ordered by calling 501.354.8113. The event will also be host to games for all ages and a silent auction until 8:30 p.m.

A pumpkin patch is new this year. The kids craft station will offer pumpkin decorating and more!
