The 501 Football magazine is on stands now in area stores, restaurants, business offices an in racks outside our office at 920 Locust Ave., Conway.

501 LIFE is celebrating the gridiron in Central Arkansas with its 13th annual 501 Football edition titled “A Season Like No Other.”

A publication of Make the Jump Media, this special 28-page issue introduces the 501 Football Team, a story about UCA football and features our great advertising partners.

“Our talented associate editor Levi Gilbert and sports contributor Mark Oliver, along with photographers (Mike Kemp and others), have put together inspiring bios on these young men,” said editor and publisher Stefanie W. Brazile.

This year, 24 players were named to the 501 Football Team – at least one player from each of the 11 counties in the 501. Nominated by their coaches, these players are extra special because of their character, willingness to help others and their outstanding sportsmanship. 

“We want to thank our friends at Conway Regional Health System and First Security Bank for sponsoring this year’s 501 Football Team,” Brazile said.

“We join the hundreds of fans, parents, coaches, players and others who are excited about the season we feared would not happen. Good luck to all the great teams throughout our area as they continue conference play.”
