25 Feb 2015 Petit Jean to hold two free events in March

During March, Petit Jean State Park visitors can enjoy the archeological treasures and celebrate the trees in the park. On Saturday, March 7, visitors can spend the day learning about the American Indian pictographs of Rock House Cave and other archeological facts. During the weekend of March 13-16, visitors are invited to join the park staff for tree-related programming that celebrates trees and the natural beauty and greenery of Petit Jean State Park in honor of Arbor Day.
