Paws in the Vineyard Nov. 3

Central Arkansas Rescue Effort for Animals, Inc. (“CARE”) will host Paws in the Vineyard from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, at Trapnall Hall.

Guests will enjoy delicious food, bold beverages, a silent auction and live music while meeting a few of CARE’s adoptable dogs.

CARE’s Executive Director, Ashley Younger, promises that this will be an evening of “fine FURmentation.”  She says, “CARE invites you to enjoy wine and brew while supporting rescue and CARE’s mission to provide low-cost spay/neuter services.”

Tickets can be purchased at centralarkansastickets.com/events/paws-in-the-vineyard-2016-wine-and-whiskers or by calling CARE at 501.603.2273.

CARE was established in 1998 for the dual purposes of rescuing abandoned cats and dogs facing euthanasia in Arkansas shelters, as well as providing low-cost spay/neuter programs. CARE has grown from an initial group of four volunteers into a well-known nonprofit organization with three employees and hundreds of volunteers who devote thousands of hours toward continuing CARE’s mission.

CARE also partners with the Arkansas Department of Correction on the Paws in Prison program.
