26 Mar 2015 Nonprofit Board Institute to be held in Little Rock

The Junior League of Little Rock and the Arkansas Nonprofit Alliance have partnered for the second annual Nonprofit Board Institute to be held 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Tuesdays, April 7 through May 5.

The training focus will be on developing leaders for the nonprofit sector through education on all areas of board service. All men and women who currently serve or are interested in serving as a nonprofit board member are invited to register for the NPBI, anyone from veterans of board service to the newly interested.

The training will be held at 401 Scott St., Downtown Little Rock, at The Junior League of Little Rock Building.

Participants will receive a handbook and materials that will serve them well as they work in their community’s nonprofit organizations. Tickets are $150 for members and $200 for non-members.
