14 Dec 2016 Nine Aquakids to compete in Pro-Am Elite Meet

Nine Aquakids, under the leadership of Coach Tony Marleneanu, have qualified to attend the Pro-Am Elite swim meet in Lewisville, Texas, scheduled Thursday, Dec. 15, through Sunday Dec. 18.

The Elite Pro-Am is one of the most prestigious swim meets in the United States and is the winter championship competition for many colleges and swim clubs. Professional swimmers from all around the world compete against amateur club swimmers at this meet every year.  

Olympic Gold Medalists Breeja Larson, Nathan Adrian, Cody Miller and Josh Davis have competed in the past. There will be plenty of talented swimmers in the water this year, including Conway Aquakids  Brooklyn Anderson, Elam Fulton, Emily Holman, AJ Mainord, Ethan Marotte, Aaron Rieth, Adrienne Robinson, Bailey Roscoe and Jackson Wiedower.
