16 Apr 2025 Naumann shines at Spalding Preview; Hendrix finishes 2nd
EDINBURGH, Ind. — The Warriors made the 9+ hour trip to Edinburgh, Indiana to compete in the Spalding Preview hosted at Timbergate Golf Course on April 13. The men finished 2nd out of 10 teams, their third second place team finish this season.

Oliver Naumann ended the weekend in 2nd place, his second consecutive 2nd place finish, shooting 142 (70+72) over the weekend. This marks Naumann’s 5th Top 5 finish of the season.
Michael Young had a career weekend, finishing T-9th and shooting 146 (73+73). This marks a career best round for Young with 73. This is the second Top 10 finish for Young this season.
George Murray finished T-15th, shooting 149 (75+74) over the weekend. William Baker had a major second round, coming from T-29th to finish T-15th, shooting 149 (77+72).
Deqlyn Buttrey finished 48th, shooting 163 (80+83) over the weekend. Keegan Bulza made his collegiate golf debut this weekend, competing as an individual. Bulza finished T-49th, shooting 164 (81+83).
The women did not register a team score, but had very impressive outing from all three ladies.
Amber Alsup finished 11th over the weekend, shooting 177 (88+89). This marks Alsup’s third Top 15 finish this season.
Ava Reyes had a career day, finishing a career best T-12th and shooting 177 (88+85), with 85 being a career best round. This marks the third straight Top 15 finish for Reyes.
Gianna Miceli finished 18th, shooting 182 (85+97). 85 was the best round for Miceli this season, with 18th being her 3rd Top 20 of the season.
