26 Jun 2023 Moix RV opens Customer Service Center

Moix Recreational Vehicles in Conway hosted the Grand Opening of its new Customer Service Center on June 16 and 17. The event was held to showcase the new facility and Moix’s commitment to being “a customer service company that just happens to sell RVs.” 

The new 30,000-square-foot facility includes an industry first in Arkansas in that it houses five dedicated delivery bays. The bays are constructed in a showroom-type setting, complete with heating and cooling as well as full hookups for the recreational vehicles being delivered to a customer. The facility also encompasses 14 new service bays, each capable of housing a 45-foot recreational vehicle for repairs. These bays are in addition to the existing bays at Moix’s Conway facility which increases the company’s capacity to serve RV consumers. 

Moix RV was founded in 1976 by Frank and Mary Jane Moix, and is now in its second generation and is operated by Michael and Mylissa Moix.  The company in Conway employees about 60 associates who serve Central Arkansas customers. Moix also operates facilities in Northwest Arkansas (Moix RV – McGaugh Outpost), as well as in Hot Springs (Moix RV – Hot Springs Landing).
