Little Rock Roadrunners Club monthly meeting scheduled

Little Rock Roadrunners Club will have its monthly meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 21, at U.S. Pizza in Hillcrest, 2710 Kavanaugh Blvd.

The meeting is open to the public and those attending are encouraged to arrive at 6 p.m. to socialize before the meeting begins. Drs. Sarah Hays and Joe Crum from Elite Chiropractic will speak about injury prevention and recovery.  

Dr. Sarah Hays is the only Ironman certified provider in the state and is full body Active Release Technique certified. She also holds a Fellowship of Medical Acupuncture and is a Certified Kinesio Tape Provider. She loves seeing athletes of all ages and is even certified by the Chiropractic Pediatric Association. She was recognized as a Cystic Fibrosis Top 25 Young Professional of Little Rock and loves volunteering her time in the community.  

Dr. Joe Crum has more than 13 years of experience treating athletes and is a leader in Extremity Adjusting and biomechanical correction. He sits on the Arkansas State Chiropractic Society board and is a well renowned chiropractic physician. As a college swimmer, Joe saw the importance of taking care of his body and performing at a high level.  

Little Rock Roadrunner Club meetings are held on the third Monday of each month. Members and prospective members are encouraged to attend to learn about the latest in the local running community and to be updated on club events and plans. Meetings provide a social setting to engage with old friends and make new connections.
