The Second Annual Ladies Luncheon at the Arkansas Governor’s Mansion to benefit Renewal Ranch will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, July 14.

Seating is limited.

Jennifer Smith, chaplain at the McPherson Women’s Prison and program director for a faith-based women’s re-entry program, will be the speaker.
