28 Jun 2023 Lacey wins National Gold Glove award

Harding freshman third baseman Logan Lacey received the 2023 ABCA/Rawlings Gold Glove for his defensive prowess this season. He is the second Harding player in the last three seasons to receive the national award, joining 2021 recipient shortstop Connor Kelly.

Lacey, a native of North Richland Hills, Texas, handled 114 of his 115 defensive chances this season for a .991 fielding percentage. He had a stretch of 79 consecutive chances over 40 games without an error.

Lacey was also a member of the Great American Conference All-Defensive Team
