K12 hosting competition with more than $20,000 in cash prizes 

LITTLE ROCK — K12, a premier provider of K-12 education for students, schools and districts, is hosting a nationwide photography competition through 5 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 26. This competition is open to all United States residents enrolled in grades K-12, not just K12-powered schools, and offers more than $20,000 in cash prizes. Multiple photos may be submitted and each will be judged on impact and storytelling, creativity and composition and technical proficiency. 

Three winners will be selected from each grade. First-place winners will receive $1,000, second-place winners will receive $500 and people’s choice winners will receive $100. Entrants must submit original photographs less than 50 MB in size in .jpg, .jpeg or .png format. AI-generated images will not be accepted.
