Scheduled for Saturday, April 2, the event will feature Arkansas’ Premier Jazz Band Carl Mouton and The Big Timers. Other entertainment for the evening includes an eight-piece jazz band consisting of full brass, rhythm and percussion sections stylizing the essentials of New Orleans jazz.
