Jacksonville hosts a spooktacular Trunk or Treat on Halloween

JACKSONVILLE — Get ready to “haunt the night with spooky delights” at the annual Trunk or Treat event hosted by the Jacksonville Parks and Recreation! The event will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Oct. 31 at Dupree Park.

Trunk or Treat is a family-friendly night of fun, laughter and community spirit, which provides a safe environment for children to enjoy trick-or-treating from creatively decorated vehicle trunks. This year’s event promises to be more exciting than ever, with a variety of activities that will delight both children and adults alike!

  • Hay Maze: Get lost in the fun as you navigate through our whimsical hay maze!
  • Hay Ride: Enjoy a scenic hay ride around the park, perfect for all ages!
  • Face Painting: Transform into your favorite character with our talented face painters!
  • Food Trucks: Satisfy your cravings with delicious treats from local food trucks.
  • Fun Games: Participate in a variety of games and activities for a chance to win prizes!
