LITTLE ROCK — The Mosaic Templars Cultural Center (MTCC), the Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau (LRCVB), and the City of Little Rock proudly announce the inaugural Juneteenth in Da Rock Summit, taking place Friday, June 19, at the Robinson Center from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m..

Launching as part of Juneteenth in Da Rock, one of the largest Juneteenth celebrations in the region, the Summit will serve as a premier cultural convening dedicated to economic mobility, workforce development, and meaningful community advancement.

The Juneteenth Summit is designed as an energizing, high-impact gathering that brings together leaders, innovators, employers, creators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers. Unlike traditional conferences, the Summit blends culture, celebration, and opportunity in an immersive convention-center experience.

Attendees will engage in mainstage conversations, hands-on breakout sessions, a robust job fair, and a dynamic exhibition environment—each centered around providing access to careers, capital, and community resources.

Keynote speakers include: 
•    Carlotta Walls LaNier, member of the Little Rock Nine
•    Dr. Terrence Roberts, member of the Little Rock Nine
•    Elizabeth Eckford, member of the Little Rock Nine
•    Fred Taylor, former NFL running back and co-host of the Sports Emmy-nominated podcast, The Pivot Podcast
•    Darren McFadden, former Arkansas Razorback and NFL player

The Juneteenth Summit offers a daylong experience featuring The Opportunity Hall, breakout sessions across three focused tracks—Economic Mobility & Entrepreneurship, Workforce & Innovation, and Creative Economy, Culture & History. There will also be a Curated Experience Lounge, an intentional, branded engagement space open to all.  

After the Summit, make your way to the Little Rock Amphitheater for A Party on the River, featuring DJ Nick Hurd and Rodney Block & Friends. This free community celebration invites audiences to enjoy an unforgettable mix of music, dancing, and riverfront vibes as the sun sets over the city.
