The 60th anniversary of the Heber Springs Area Chamber of Commerce will be celebrated at the 60th Annual Banquet at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 25, at the Heber Springs Community Center. Guest speaker will be Jeff Moore, director of marketing and communication for the Arkansas Economic Development Commission.
