St. Louis, Mo. – For the third time this season, Central Baptist College’s Raigan Head has earned weekly honors from the American Midwest Conference presented by AMCOnTheGo. Head earned her second offensive player of the week selection (Nov. 3) this week after earning defensive player of the week back on Dec. 15.

Head had a huge week offensively, scoring 30-or-more points twice in a 1-2 week for the Lady Mustangs. On Tuesday at Mission, she scored 30 points and grabbed 15 rebounds in an 88-87 overtime defeat. In Saturday’s contest against Cottey, she poured in 35 points (a new career-high) on 12-17 from the field and 11-12 from the free throw line while also grabbing 16 rebounds. She finished Saturday’s contest two points off the single-game program record and one free throw shy of that record as well. Head and the Lady Mustangs take on Crowley’s Ridge in Paragould on Thursday night with tipoff scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
