Harding woman claims top honors, leads at Scots Fall Invitational

BATESVILLE — Two members of the Harding women’s golf team delivered outstanding performances at the 2024 Scots Fall Invitational, held at The Course at Eagle Mountain in Batesville (Independence County).

Cooper Meyer, competing as an individual, secured first place with a two-round score of 153 (75-78), winning by nine strokes.

Ines Sanchez, another Harding golfer, tied for 13th place with a score of 180 (93-87).

Harding’s full team will be back in action Oct. 7-8 at the Grace Shin Regional Preview, hosted by Central Oklahoma at the Kicking Bird Golf Club in Edmond, Oklahoma.
