31 Jul 2024 Harding Men’s Golf earns prestigious recognition from GCAA

SEARCY — Harding men’s golf team was one of only 22 NCAA Division II teams to earn President’s Special Recognition from the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) on Tuesday.

To be eligible for the award, teams had to post a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher. Harding had a 3.67 team GPA.

Harding was the only team in the Great American Conference to receive the Presidents Special Recognition Award.

In 2023-24, Harding men’s golf placed second at the GAC Championships, third at the Midwest/Central Regional and 13th at the NCAA Division II National Championships.
