SEARCY – Harding had three players receive mention on the 2024 All-Arkansas Collegiate Team, released each year by the website Natural State Baseball.

Harding right-hander Maddox Long, who has received numerous postseason awards, landed on the All-Arkansas Team as a pitcher. Long went 6-1 with a 3.33 ERA and 107 strikeouts.

Listed among the honorable mentions were catcher Collin Helms and reliever Javier Lobo. Helms led Harding with a .344 batting average and tied for the team lead with nine home runs despite missing the final 21 games of the season with an injury. Lobo had a 7-2 record and team-best 2.56 ERA with 49 strikeouts in 45.2 innings.

Harding went 37-19 in 2024, its second-best record in program history. The Bisons tied for the Great American Conference regular season championship and made its second ever appearance in the NCAA regional tournament and first since 2011.
