It is all about options with Clay Sipes, executive chef at Sonny Williams’ Steak Room, serving up selections for two.
Chef Sipes will guide his culinary apprentices into an expedition through the “Full Course Meal,” preparing two to three appetizers, two entrees and two desserts.
As an added bonus, Chef Sipes will be showcasing butchering skills.
