18 Mar 2013 Freyaldenhoven recognized for 'exemplary year'
Freyaldenhoven Heating and Cooling, Inc. of Conway was recently recognized for outstanding service.
“On behalf of Trane and the MidSouth DSO we would like to express our congratulations to Freyaldenhoven Heating and Cooling for another fantastic year,” said Cary Wheaton, DSO manager for Trane MidSouth.
“Thank you to John and Scott Freyaldenhoven and the entire team at Freyaldenhoven for another exemplary year of service to the Trane brand and to the customers and the markets that they serve.”
Freyaldenhoven took home awards for both the No. 1 Trane dealer in volume and No. 1 in consumer financing in 2012. It is the eighth year in a row for the Conway company to take the top spot in total sales for the MidSouth Region.
Freyaldenhoven also earned the Consumer Financing Award since the inception of the program in 2006.
“John and Scott give all of the credit to their fantastic team of employees, their strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction as the driving reason behind their continued success,” said Wheaton. “They continually work on employee development through local training programs to make sure that they stay on top of all of the industry changes and technological advancements.
