06 Oct 2025 Fish Fry returns on Sunday for 42nd Year at Camp Aldersgate

LITTLE ROCK — Camp Aldersgate is excited to announce its 42nd Annual Fish Fry, happening Sunday, Oct. 12, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Presented by The Hatcher Agency, this event will be held at Camp Aldersgate’s scenic campus, with a convenient drive-thru option available just up the road at CHI St. Vincent. A beloved community tradition, Fish Fry offers family-friendly fun with carousel rides, a children’s fishing derby, arts and crafts and other exciting activities. Guests are invited to explore Camp Aldersgate from the perspective of its campers while enjoying a delicious fried fish plate that includes hushpuppies, coleslaw, and French fries. Last year was a record-breaking Fish Fry event, raising $110,000. Camp Aldersgate is looking forward to another successful event this year.

Ashley and Jason Parker will be returning for their second year to lead the event. They say that Fish Fry is the perfect opportunity for people to learn more about Aldersgate’s mission.

“Jason and I are honored to be chairing the Camp Aldersgate Fish Fry for the second year in a row. Last year was such an incredible success, and we are looking forward to building on that momentum. This event not only brings our community together but also makes a lasting impact for Camp Aldersgate and the children and families it serves,” said Ashley Parker.

Individual tickets for the Fish Fry are $20, and Family Packs for Four (4) are available for $65. Kids six years old and under eat free. Each ticket includes a fried fish plate and access to all the fun activities on-site. All proceeds support the mission of Camp Aldersgate, which is to create life-changing opportunities for individuals with special needs.
