First Service names Lori Case Melton market president, loan officer

First Service Bank today announced that Lori Case Melton has been named Conway market president and commercial loan officer.

"We are confident that Lori will be an asset to our team and know our customers will benefit from her experience and depth of banking knowledge," said Tom Grumbles, president/CEO and chairman of the board of First Service Bank. "She is from Faulkner County, loves her town and has a stellar 30 year banking career.”

Lori and her husband, Gerald, live in Conway and have four children, Jordan Case and wife Savannah, Eric, Kaili and Alayna Melton, and a granddaughter, Hazel Case.

A graduate of Mount Vernon High School and the University of Central Arkansas, Lori has spent her entire career in banking. She currently serves on the University of Central Arkansas Foundation, Arkansas Preschool Plus board, Deliver Hope board, Conway Women’s Health Council, and 501 LIFE editorial board. She has also served with United Way of Central Arkansas, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Conway Jaycees and is a past board chairman for the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce.

Lori was awarded the 2014 Business Woman of the Year Diamond Award and Bank Marketer of the Year from the Arkansas Bank Marketing Association in 2000 and 2007.

First Service Bank has locations in Greenbrier, Conway, Marshall, Mountain View, Dermott, Shirley, Yellville, Flippin, Clinton and Little Rock, with its headquarters in Faulkner County.
