The Arkansas Goat Festival will be held 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, at Perryville City Park. The family-friendly event will include a goat parade, costume contest for goats, goat races, an art show featuring goat art, live music, food, vendors and goats.
