The Third Annual EAST Initiative open house will be held 4:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 28, at 6215 Ranch Drive in Little Rock.

There will be food trucks at this year’s event, as well as a chance to win an Oculus Rift donated by Facebook.
