25 Oct 2016 Editor’s Note November ’16: A season of giving thanks
There is much to be thankful for in Central Arkansas throughout the year, but especially during the fall months with much to do, see and enjoy.
Our incredible state parks offer the perfect venue for family outings, whether it’s a picnic at Petit Jean or a hike to the top of Pinnacle Mountain. Trees will soon transform into striking shades of red and gold as they begin to shed their leaves, offering a new look to the scenic beauty we enjoy year-round.
Already, many have taken advantage of opportunities to be outdoors with family and friends while enjoying football games, fall festivals, pumpkin patches and hayrides in the 501.
This time of year seems to have more than its fair share of special events, including the annual Dazzle Daze shopping extravaganza to benefit Conway Regional Health System. 501 LIFE is proud once again to serve as a Presenting Sponsor for the event.
Whether you’re a seasoned veteran of this fun event or a newcomer, 501 LIFE has all the details about this year’s Dazzle Daze. (Check out the insert in this issue and get a peek at some of the merchandise that will be available for purchase on Pages 58-59.)
501 LIFE will again be among those participating in Dazzle Daze, and extend an invitation to readers to come and see us at this year’s event. You won’t want to miss getting a copy of our inaugural 501 Holiday Book. A special thanks to our sponsors – Art on the Green, Conway Regional Health System and First Service Bank.
There is much to celebrate and to be thankful for in Central Arkansas.
Until next month, here’s to “Loving LIFE” and celebrating fall in the 501!
