Lake Ouachita provides a remarkable habitat for wintering bald eagles. The tours are held November through February aboard a covered tour boat. Sightings are not guaranteed, but on most tours, eagles plus a variety of wintering and migrating waterfowl are spotted. Dress warmly and bring binoculars. Admission is $8.50 adults, $4.50 kids ages 6-12. Make reservations and purchase tickets at the visitor center. Call 501.767.9366 for additional information.
