Disabled American Veterans chapters in Conway and Morrilton joined with Magie Ford Lincoln Co. of Morrilton in a Drive 4 UR Community event on Veterans Day in November.

For every person who took a test drive in a qualifying new Ford vehicle during the event, Ford Motor Co. donated $20 to the two DAV chapters.

John Magie, owner of Magie Ford Lincoln Co., recently presented a check from Ford Motor Co. for $2,080 to representatives of DAV Chapter 10 in Conway and DAV Chapter 13 in Morrilton. The two DAV chapters each received $1,040.
