28 Nov 2017 Conway’s Allie St. John commits to play for CBC

Central Baptist College head softball coach Jordon Jones recently announced the signing of Allie St. John for the 2019 season. 

St. John, whose sister Kaylee is a junior on the softball team, is a senior this season at Conway High School.

“Allie has been a workhorse for the team,” said CHS Softball Coach Chata Hickey.”She has pitched over 180 innings for the Lady Cats.” 

According to Hickey, St. John has battled through two knee surgeries to be able to compete each year for the Lady Wampus Cats. “She is a consistent gap hitter and a disciplined pitcher on the mound. She has shown how to be a great teammate and taught her fellow players how to deal with adversity.  

“Her personality is a joy to be around and she always keeps it light and fun. I have enjoyed working with her and her family for the past seven years.”
