Conway Regional welcomes hospitalist

Sarah Robertson, MD, Family Medicine, recently joined the hospitalist staff of Conway Regional Health System.

Robertson is a resident of Conway and practiced for six years in Russellville prior to joining Conway Regional on July 13.

“Dr. Robertson’s background in hospitalist medicine and ties to the area make her a great addition to our team. We are very happy to have her caring for our patients,” said Greg Kendrick, MD, medical director of the Conway Regional Hospitalist Program.

Robertson completed a four- year internship and residency in Family Medicine at UAMS in Texarkana and also achieved her medical degree from UAMS in Little Rock. She is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas and enjoys photography, reading, and spending time with her husband, Jay McCoy, and daughter.

“Conway has been a wonderful place to raise my daughter and I am happy to be back practicing here,” said Robertson, “I am also excited for the opportunity to work with the hospitalist group and other outstanding physicians on staff.”

She joins 10 hospitalists who provide services at Conway Regional and at Ozark Health Medical Center in Clinton. Hospitalists exclusively provide care for patients while they are hospitalized and do not have an outpatient practice.
