17 Sep 2014 Conway Fall Classic on Saturday
Conway Advocates for Bicycling (CAB) will host its annual Conway Fall Classic at 8 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 20.
Designed for cyclists who enjoy riding the countryside, this annual event features three routes which start and end at Fellowship Bible Church, 1051 Hogan Lane (next to Grace United Methodist Church, the previous location).
This year’s event benefits City of Hope Outreach.
The routes and approximate distances:

All routes are fully supported with monitoring and mechanical assistance. There will be a portable toilet or rest room at each aid station.

Early registration is $35 per individual online with Bikereg.com. In person registration: $40 to register on from 2 to 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 19, at The Ride Bike Shop in Conway or 7 a.m. Saturday on site. Family of three or more is $50 per family, which includes three shirts and three meals. An extra meal is $10 and an extra shirt is $10. Team registration: $30 per person as part of a five-person or more team using early online registration. All team members must be from the same corporation, institution or agency.
T-shirts for the first 150 registrants. Childcare is not provided for riders.
Lunch will be served for all riders and includes pasta dishes provided by Pasta Grill and salad provided by ZAZA.
Organizers will be raffling off “The New Ride” jersey and shorts kit (valued at $190) and a special Sirrus ($520 value) bicycle donated by The Ride. Tickets available from any board member of either organization, or buy them on Friday afternoon at The Ride before the tour or the morning of the tour.
