Conway Cradle Care to hold Prevent Teen Pregnancy Rally

The aim of the rally is to raise awareness of the issues resulting from teen pregnancy. State Representative Linda Tyler will speak on the effects of teen pregnancies on the teens, their families and the larger community. A representative of the Conway mayor’s office will be present to declare Wednesday, May 4, as “Conway Prevent Teen Pregnancy Day” to coincide with “National Prevent Teen Pregnancy Day.”  Centennial Bank will provide free hot dogs, and drinks will be available. Event sponsors include Centennial Bank, Target, Harp’s Food Store, Starbucks Coffee Co., Conway Downtown Partnership, Church Women United and First Presbyterian Church. The public is invited.
