17 Nov 2025 Conway Corp Water Plant expansion financed through Drinking Water Revolving Loan Program

CONWAY — Construction of the Roger Q. Mills Jr. Water Treatment Plant 8 MGD Expansion and Improvement project for Conway Corp is being financed by the Drinking Water Revolving Loan Program (DWRLF). 

The DWRLF program is administered by Arkansas Natural Resources Commission with joint funding from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Arkansas. 

This project will benefit Conway Corp customers by expanding and improving to the water treatment facility to provide safe and reliable water for future growth in the city. DWRLF programs operate around the country to provide states and communities the resources necessary to maintain and improve infrastructure required to enhance drinking water quality and public health.
