CONWAY — Conway Corp has announced the promotion of Cassie Francisco from Assistant Controller to Controller in the accounting department. She replaces retiring Controller Gail Manion, who is retiring Aug.16, following a 27-year career with the company.

“Cassie is exceptionally talented and is an invaluable team member who has demonstrated remarkable leadership qualities,” Erin Brown, Conway Corp Chief Financial Officer said. “I’m confident she will embrace her new role with a desire to motivate those around her.”

Francisco began her career at Conway Corp in 2015 as Accountant and was promoted to Assistant Controller in July 2022.

Conway Corp Telecom Business Class Services Technician 3 Wesley Manion has earned the Voice Over Internet Protocol Specialist (VoIP) certification from the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) after completing required course work and a final exam. 

The VoIP certification provides a comprehensive study of the key elements and components of VoIP technology including the core fundamentals of installation, trouble shooting and network design.

“Wesley is a dedicated employee who always puts the customer first,” CATV Training Coordinator Tommy Nolen said. “This certification ensures Wesley is continuing his education to provide our VoIP customers with customer service that exceeds their expectations.”

Manion has been with the company since 2014 when he was hired as an Installer Trainee.
